How many people died because Sandy Berger tried to steal papers from the archive?

Did he do that? Clinton said that ole Sandy was just a forgetful clutz, slob or something. Why did Clinton try to protect him? He should apologize for attempting to convince the world Berger was just sloppy and forgetful.

By the way Berger was convicted and admitted he lied and that he committed the act purposefully.

Bush hasn't said he lied about anything and all you people repeat are what Clinton, Bill and Hillary and nearly all Dems have said as well.

Better luck next time Apu.

It well could be over 2000.

It's interesting that you should ask that. If you relate what was happening in the Clinton White House towards the end of his term this becomes a very interesting question. If you'll remember then President "I did not have sex with that woman" Clinton was embroiled in a controversy that was consuming a considerable amount of his time. Indeed, so much of his time that much of the day to day running of the country was delegated to his cabinet of which Sandy "Socks" Berger was a part. Just how much of Clintons responsibilities was being handled by then NSA Berger? If evidence exists that the CIA gave warnings to the White House about Osama Bin Laden that were ignored by the then NSA and possibly stopped at the NSA level where would that evidence be? What information held at the National Archives could be so important that Sandy Berger would risk a term in a federal penitentiary or a death sentence in order to remove? Before you even try to come up with some BS line about it not happening there are video tapes and the testimony of NA employees that beg to differ. Berger can't claim ignorance, he was an NSA and fully aware of procedures for handling classified documents. He was also fully aware of the risk he was taking by removing said documents.
You liberals are great at conspiracy theories, you mean to tell me that you don't see one here? There seems to be others that do and are wondering why Sandy Berger isn't in a federal prison right now including myself.

Chinu, can you explain, logically, any of the above?
Anyone?
