He's kinda funny. I want to stop down there and buy him a beer one night and listen to him talk without Google. lol I have this image of a guy that is just full of himself, but a likable guy otherwise. I think the greatest problem would be getting a word in. Think I am wrong?

GZ... just check with your financial advisor if you want to compare the relative sizes of the asset bubbles.

(Hint: the RE bubble is much larger.)

As I said: it was ignited by the Fed-engineered liquidity surge, and the extra long (historic, really) period of negative real interest rates.
