Many have a zero fee or cap it at say $30 or $50. I once used it quite often when needed capital for investment. These days I don't use it but the lenders seem to have become real desperate. Almost like putting a gun to my head to borrow with the nonstop solicitation.

On the flip side I remember being extended in 2000 (as yield curve flattened) and one lender cut off some of my credit even though I'd always paid my bills. I wonder if this is happening to folks with excellent credit but high balances that they float these days?
