I think you're right. I'm sure he had good intentions by releasing that PR, but I agree, the company has no cash available to pay him out, so he probably thought it was worth it to take fewer shares with an "implied" higher value...no one's buying it though (literally)! Just too many smoke and mirrors here. The website has not been updated since the first day they released it (months ago)...they are still in the "Yacht sales" business (which is b.s., cause if they were going forward with the oil business, they would have eliminated this distraction)...they state they will announce more information in a certain amount of time, and then they don't...sorry, this all adds up to a huge scam for me. Sorry to all who are down and down big!
