Here is the version I just emailed. 2 Reasons To Vote For A Democrat Woodrow Wilson, a demo, after declaring a "U.S. policy of absolute neutrality", declared war on Germany to kick off US participation in WWI. Germany had not attacked us. 117,000 Americans died - 29,250 per year. A demo Roosevelt led us into WWII by attacking Germany. Germany had not attacked us. 450,000 Americans were killed - an average of 112,500 per year. Demo Truman finished that war and led us into another - Korea. N Korea never attacked us. 55,000 American lives were lost there - 18,334 per year. Demo JFK started Vietnam. Vietnam never attacked us. Demo LBJ turned it into a quagmire with 58,000 American lives lost - 5,800 per year. Demo Clinton led us to war in Bosnia without UN or French consent. Bosnia never attacked us. There were 39 combat related killings in Iraq in January. In demo controlled Detroit there were 35 murders in the same month. That's just one American city, about as deadly to Americans as the entire war-torn country of Iraq. 18,000+ Americans are murdered every year in America. Approx 15,000 of them are killed in cities and towns controlled by demo leadership. That totals 60,000 murdered Americans in demo lead American neighborhoods since 9/11. It would be insanity to give the demos another chance to manage our wars and national security. But if you want reasons to vote demo, here are 2: To spend some really big money and to kill many more Americans. unclewest

Maybe some of the better bloggers will pick the numbers up and make it uncomfortable for the MSM, who should have had representatives of their own reporting staff produce them as well. What do you consider to be the significance of that information? Why should it be featured in the news right now?

I took the time to copy and paste uw's statistics into an email which I then sent to several of the people in my address book. I think the information he compiled is historically important and should be shared with all Americans. Those statistics have the potential to change minds and inspire debate. Hopefully my friends will pass it along to the people in their address books and it will reach millions. The MSM certainly won't take up that task. I was listening to the radio while I was doing some chores this morning and Rush neatly bundled together a point I'd been thinking about for awhile. Liberals and democrats are usually negative in their message.......ample evidence can easily be found on this megablog. If you listen to them long enough you will notice how self absorbed they can be. And if you read what they write..........even here on SI........you will also notice the same trend. ;) M
