harry, Maybe you oughta read the last available federal statistic of federal monies spent showing that while 12 billion were spent in 2004 in Illinois, 36 billion were spent in Texas... That would give the overall monies spent both legitimate and pork - we're only interested in the pork as far as cutting - or are you saying we should cut the legitamate projects as well - especially in the South, since they don't appear to pay their fair share? Do you have a better table of what is believed to be pork spending or do you live in Illinois? The BS table was put together by both partisan and unaffiliated watch dog groups. It's right on the web page as to the source.
