None of those fiefdoms hold a candle to San Diego. The Wall Street journal called San Diego the most corrupt city in America.

Even now on TV there are idiots interviewed who think Duke Cunningham is OK. Republicans of course, after all Dukes people live in Del Mar and Rancho Sante Fe.

Screw Cunningham. Like Benedict Arnold he is a traitor. Arnold did some good stuff too but he sold out America just like Duke. I say put him in San Quinton with the bloods. Let them do him justice.
