No Way. What self respecting Mafioso would want to live in Philly when he could live in Sunny San Diego? The only ones left in Philly are the dumb ones. There are hoards of them here. We got the bottom of the barrell. The city council and port commission members have signs in their offices that say "Mafioso spoken here". No matter how many mayors we have that are convicted or resign another crook pops up. Hey the weather is nice, the voters are stupid, and their are plenty of tanned silicon babes with no brains eager to put out for a guy with baubles.
