But what has your followup rant got to do with the original "probably" assertion? I think you just made the suicide bomber thing up. Iraq was a repressive police state under Saddam, which makes the suicide bomber thing improbable, not probable, under conventional reality anyway.

Why would we not believe it? Saddam, like many repressive horrible dictators we are still dealing with, was brutal. Has ANYONE ever said he wasn't brutal? No. That's a straw man. Apparently the Shiites think we're a bit soft- and they'll probably have shredders, and torture rooms, and gulags (for the lucky folks) and all sorts of lovely devices to oppress people just as soon as we leave. Won't that be nice? I know I'll be happy the US spent a bunch of money to replace the brutal Saddam with a brutal theocracy. That's the kind of think I like to see my tax dollars spent on.
