(NOT done as of 12/31/2005) 3) Audit complete (NOT Complete as od 12/31/2005) 4) Stock restructuring very good possibility at this point(Still possible Just the structure went the wrong way?) 5) Move to OTC:BB awaiting approval by the SEC( Nothing filed with the SEC as of 12/31/2005 6) Shares out 1.8-2 Billion( Shares out 2.3 Billion as of 12/07/2006) 7) Float- 500 Million( Float-690 Million 12/07/2005) Listen folks. I informed everyone what I heard at the airport last week and I am telling it straight like it is now. He told me BY Dec 31st we would have press releases on the Promold and the Semco deals as well as the uplisting to the OTC:BB and the specific, audit approved, financials. he also said that JT doesn't want to do reverse splits, but that they are looking at either retiring or buying back another large chunk of shares. Really now people...does anyone really see a one cent stock when all of this is done? Harold, What happened? You were wrong on all counts 1-7! Do you still believe this nonsense???
