It's really quite simple Harold S. PLNI is telling investors the value of patents they claim as intellectual property is $20 million.

The latest patent has not been assigned to PLNI:

United States Patent D500,243, Turek December 28, 2004;

Assignee: Turek, Sr.; James N. (Lexington, KY); Turek, II; James N. (Lexington, KY); Turek; Brandon D. (Lexington, KY

It has been assigned to the Turek family.

How can it then be claimed as a company-owned patent, whatever the value?

Harold and Capt - you have made some excellent posts and I commend you for this board which welcomes a fair posting of pro and con comments. I made the mistake of asking wormie his point of view on PLNI, rather than his just asking a lot of rhetorical questions. I disclosed that I was not long PLNI, but watching and evaluating price vs. potential, particularly where he seemed to be leading an organized bashing troupe. I reasoned that if what he posted was factual and good information, then I would not buy. If, on the other hand, it was bash, with little substance, that pushed the stock down, I would consider buying at that point.

I have no problems with posting of info that is negative and would prefer that to buying and then being blind-sided.

In any event, all I got in response was a series of posts asking me questions on a stock I don't own and claiming that I like the stock. I think one moronic post even suggested that I must be paid to promote it. All this, I suppose, was intended to get me to admit that PLNI is a scam. These supposedly expert bashers were unable or unwilling to actually say it is a scam but they ask question upon question, of which most seem to be capable of multiple answers.
