right, wrong, or indifferent, I have seen companies keep the patent in the name of the inventor, not assign them, and the company "take credit" for their value.

Some of Tureks patents in the past were assigned to International Plastics Inc.(324,643), Turek Marketing International (#4,492,714)

Not sure if you were asked or answered the question, did you call Turek and ask him why the patents are not assigned to PLNI?
