I would say in the burbs outside the beltways it is much closer to 3+ times higher. $50 psf on real nice newer homes pretty common. Bubble in Arizona and Florida has spread far and wide..

I think this house for under $150k in Houston runs roughly $625k in South Florida and perhaps $450k in Orlando.
