I think the chimp deliberately took the intelligence that supported his WMD case, removed all the caveats, included some that was in no way solid and pimped it all in a way designed to impart unreasonable fear after 9/11 and con the American people into thinking Iraq was a threat. He decieved the American people because he KNEW they would never invade a country that hadn't attacked us for any other reason. He should be impeached for that. If he presented balance of power in the oil region and a nascent democratic state he might have been able to get a real coalition like his father, but he didn't have the patience. The inspectors were destroying his deceitful WMD justification.
