Actually, I believe there is a new person 'on the case' at Apple now; Rodney Marvel, I believe. I think you will find that lots of things have tightened up with regard to information in the last few days. A new policy of recording and verifying the names, numbers, and email addresses of all callers making inquiries at the HQ is also being instituted I believe. It would be both distractive and undersirable to have any meddling Bozo's with puke on their sneakers dragging tripe in on the carpets at this stage of the game. A day or so late, and (n)dollars Short "..jus' ain't agonna geddit.." at this stage of the game. John :-) .
