Kirk at 11/29/2005 6:34:51 PM Covad communications filed for bankruptcy, thousands of people file for bankruptcy each year and the end result is that they recover. What is your point? bankruptcy is not an absolute that the next venture will fail AS WELL. SHOW ME FACTS NOW THAT SAY PLNI IS A BUST. The man may have or had issues, but how does that relate to the here and now?

Captain, Wehn Covad was in bankruptcy what was the lowest the share price got? Did it get down to 6/10 of one penny!!?? Also, would the SEC let a bankrupt entity move up to the OTC? What company would even TALK about moving to the OTC as JT did in September of this year if there were verifiable facts that he or the company wer einvolved in bankruptcy proceedings??? Ridiculous. The Captain can't give proof this is going to be a smashing success because we just don't know yet, but some here talk like there is PROOF this is all a scam..yet when asked for facts they always seem to quote long winded documents that are YEARS old!
