I tend to partially disagree. Notice all the outside corners. Should have excellent stability in high winds. A 4 corner house would blow over much easier. This could still be a piece of crap and I am wondering why a 2700+ square foot home, with Central AC and a fireplace, would be selling for $150K anywhere in the US. Job market must be absolutely horrible there!
