The Irish came illegally. The Italians came illegally. The Med peoples and the Eastern Europeans came illegally. That about covers the 19th century. Each group had it's Tancredo, screaming bloody murder about the infection of the nation. The only true failure among our demographic groups, the African Americans, were forced in legally. Their failure is the fault of the contemporary white left, who exploit them to this day. But the day will come eventually when they finally break the chains.
