france new proposed bill requires that new immigrants be fluent in French to get into country.

I wish we had the same policy with regard to English.

But it should also extend to potential immigrants possessing demonstrable skills, or financial means, that would benefit our society.

That would certainly decrease the burden often placed on Goverment services (and tax money being spent).

There's simply no reason we should be permitting underskilled, or undesirable elements to live in the US when there are so many competent and skilled workers waiting in line to immigrate to our country.
