Thanks. There is whole loads of real Bernanki style helicopter drops out there. I am going for one myself. federalreserve.gov £100k interest only fixed rate over 5 yrs. Even if I get canned, the state pays the interest on any mortgage, plus I don't pay local taxes (almost the same as the mortgage). The current state of affairs. We can still pay off the interest rate even if we have minimum wage jobs. It's a deal hard to beat, apart from actually being wealthy. Though (imho) don't put it on the market. It gets my youngest through college (hopefully university) then we sell up and move elsewhere. Bears bewhere. There is loads of paper money out there.
