Yes, RDN quit MICA a long while ago. What I wanted to say was that we don't know if RDN went very aggressive in October which had caused other MI companies to lose market share.

Radian is not a member of MICA since July 2003. Starting August 2003 they include this paragraph in their news releases:

The statistics in this report include data from the following member companies: GE Mortgage Insurance, Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp., PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., Republic Mortgage Insurance Co., Triad Guaranty Insurance Corp., and United Guaranty Corporation.
