The marbles were from my extensive collection from being very accurate with marbles when younger. Other kids couldn't seem to aim very well. At cap gun age, it was the rock and the caps. It was about as innocent here as you describe there. There was no television then [in NZ]. Life was much more innocent, free range, adventuring and safe [from criminals]. It was expected of children to get out there and adventure. I suppose it's still free-range out in the countryside. I think it's good for children, and adults, to be able to be free range instead of constantly having some damn 'safety' and 'security' dumb, bullying, authoritarian ignoramus 'protecting' us. Those personality types are loving the terrorist threat as it gives them carte blanche to boss people around. Watch them deal with people. They aren't apologetic, or humble, when asking to please search, interview or otherwise interfere with the public. They are full of arrogance, authority, bossiness, swagger and enjoyment. It's their ticket!! Go terrorism. They are hunting big game and it's fun. Security and safety are all, and THEY are in charge and everyone else has to cower and comply. They're lovin' it. People are scared of being picked out. That's how the Nazis kept millions in orderly lines while they were shipped to the gas chambers. Anyone dares step out of line, give them heaps. I am more concerned about authoritarians in my own and other governments than I am about terrorists. My life is far more disturbed and harassed by governments than by terrorists. Mqurice
