I haven't put one together yet. The problems CB mentioned are most of the reasons why. I am not interested in having a site that is full of nonspecific or unverifiable claims fueled by personal vendettas. If it isn't specific and verifiable it doesn't help anyone.

One point however, I was not referring to a list of just CEO's. Actually, they are pretty low on my list. They are the ones with the most visibility. It's the ones behind the scenes that you really have to watch out for. Other listed officers, board members, attorneys, deal-makers.

You also need to know the origins of the company. Not the current business, but rather who created the company and whether they are still lurking around controlling the strings on key blocks of shares or even the whole ball of wax. Some of these companies will grab somebody who wants to be the CEO of a public company and prop them up and let them run the "business" while they manipulate the stock from behind the scenes.

I am interested in keeping up the discussion. I like CB's idea of having other "red flag" items such as addresses and products listed. Also someone may come up with a workable method to keep the list honest without requiring every waking moment be spent maintaining it (no time left for investing).

BTW: Not FFF, but not too hard to figure out :-).

Speaking of FFF, perhaps I should give him the invite...sometimes bashers are the best at doing DD...after all, it's their job(or their rage).
