Harold

what is it about actual court filings with actual names of the courts and actual case numbers that you don't understand?

the bankruptcy cases where James Turek was involved with were copied and pasted from the PACER website, which you have to pay in order to Obtain the info....this is from the PACER website:

pacer.login.uscourts.gov

What is PACER?

Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts, and from the U.S. Party/Case Index.

A PACER login and password allows access to Federal case and docket information in all approved Federal Judiciary electronic public access programs including PACER, RACER, CM/ECF, and the U.S. Party/Case Index.

Message #106 from Harold S. at 11/30/2005 3:45:26 PM

Someone yesterday threw some info on one of the boards indicating that JT had gone chapter 11 years ago and that there was a million dollar outstanding judgement against him, blah, blah blah. He claimed to have a link to the information, however, when you went to the link it was a bankruptcy site you had to pay to be a member of. Today, another poster asked him to provide a link and he indicated that he was just frustrated and "posted dribble" to try to get the company to issue a press release. In the meantime, another poster advised he had talked to the attorney for JT and the whole thing was nonsense...which I thought to begin with but I know some on one of the boards were concerned about it being factual. Apparently not.

Why don't you read what was posted at least twice? Surely you can read the dates on those extracts from the court Pacer web site?
