actually the court document does state that it is "our" James N. Turek. See link. Maybe the poster on RB can shed some light from his conversation with Turek's attorney....hopefully it is resolved. flnb.uscourts.gov;

I think everyone needs to take a look back at the big, phony "..TBLU pump.." that happened during the last PLNI run-up. secinfo.com simply showed that JT was a signatory on the TBLU paperwork. On that basis, the Manipu-jerqueoffs tried to sell that as a "..PLNI R/M deal..". At the time, TBLU was a dormant shell, sitting in a file folder gathering dust in JT's desk drawer for a future TeleComm effort. The minute those RB-Bozo's started pumping that BS R/M rumor I called Uncle Jim, and got the straight skinny. You just have to appreciate that there are a lot of real "..dipschidts.." out there who will do anything to rip a couple off of bucks off the boneheads on RB. There are few limits to what these BS tushports will try to sling; especially on behalf of a sleazy MFMMM like SCHB, NITE, or VFIN..... John :-) Example: There is a totally unrelated 'Hollen', who lives in VA. He apparently once had a tax lein against his barn way out in the boonies someplace. If you miss getting a tax bill, that can happen very easily - especially in VA which is almost a Communist state (aka: Commonwealth). Several bashholes (..who are no longer on SI..) tried to peddle that as "..me losing my farm..". Considering that the only taxable things I ever owned while on some projects in VA were my car, a classic '66 T-Bird, and a small speedboat - that was a pretty sillyarse effort..!!! But, they tried it none the less. .
