I may be daft but people who think like me are clearly the ones in positions of power in this country, and we haven't had a terrorist attack here since this line of thinking started. What are people like you doing, besides calling others daft for not thinking like you? ;)

Clinton had Somalia, the USS Cole, and the Trade Center bombings. What did he do? He bombed a pharmacuetical plant and passed on getting Bin Laden's head on a silver platter. People afraid to do what needs to be done CAUSED most of these problems we are now dealing with. If Clinton had used his balls for anything besides banging ugly interns we wouldn't be in this mess now.

Not defending Bush. He did the right thing going into Afghanistan and then screwed up big time with Iraq. The point is, we are in this now. It's (incredibly) easy to armchair quarterback and whine about how we need to get out. The question no one is answering is, how do we do it in such a way as to not make the situation even worse? Leaving a power vacuum is the worst thing we can do.

By the way, has anyone heard from Bin Laden lately? :)
