First, let me say that your postings on Raging Bull have been tremendously fair and reasonable...congratulations...

regarding your question, Turek and PLNI did not file for bankruptcy last month.

Turek and the previous entities which operated the PLNI business, Wicklund Holding Inc. and International Plastics Inc, filed for bankruptcy several years ago. In Turek's case, he is still required to file monthly financial statements with the bankruptcy trustee and the court (October 15, 2005 being the latest one). His detailed monthly personal operating budget is listed in these publicly available court documents, including $25,000/mo income and detailed itemized expenses.

The_Work06,

I'm having difficulty understanding the cut/past for Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Correct me if I'm wrong, but did Turek and PLNI file for bankruptcy last month?
