And sometimes, notably, even they won't. I remember one speech when he made a little pause after saying one of his key phrases like "so we can them there instead of at home" and nobody twitched a muscle. That happened two or three times, IIRC...

He hasn't been in front of a real crowd since he ran for election the first time. Maybe not even then.
