As an American citizen, you take a stand on nothing. Murtha saw the mess & made his stand. We need to get out. You just go along with the idiocy, the waste, the corruption, because that's "patriotic."
Meanwhile GM & the rest of our manufacturing base is getting outsourced to Asia because health care costs too much here. We've mortgaged our future to the hilt to hide our cash flow problem. Our kids are looking at the makings of a caste system & society. I can go on and on with the list of wrong-headed policies, all of them based on the idiotic idea that society doesn't need to be well governed to function.
How many New Orleans is it gonna take?

Bush once again lying to the nation. He is a flip-flopper who is secretly following Kerry's advice (for once, thank God).In his speech, he edged toward John Kery's plan on gradual withdrawl, but his rhetoric mkade it sound like GW wants to stay for years and years and achieve some kind of military victory, whatever that might mean. Well here is the reality. Bushies already planning to bring 65,000 troops home just like Kerry demanded.

So the reality is Bush flip-flopped when he saw the poll numbers and embraced most of Kerry's plan.
