Gus > But then you must be consistent with such a whopping premise: if mininukes were indeed planted in the towers, who needs "suicide airliners" anymore??!?!?!??

The object wasn't just to destroy the buildings but to provide a credible story that Arabs did it -- and the hijacking of four airplanes provides that. Last time they tried to do it without the planes and the whole exercise was a balls-up. But maybe that was a trial run?

I know the story of the hijacking of four airliners by people who could hardly fly is both tenuous and suspect, likewise that of the Arabs who allegedly did it and are alive afterwards. I also know that very few actually saw the plane hit WTC1, but some did. In fact, many people saw, and with their own eyes and not just on TV, a plane striking WTC2. What kind of planes these were is another matter? Likewise, the Pentagon. And, indeed, there are quite a few who saw Flight 93, or what they believed to be Flight 93, which blew up or was shot down near Pittsburg. In fact, a little white plane was also seen near to this airplane.

Neither of us were there that day so we can only know what happened by what we read and see in the media -- and also what we imagine. I am nevertheless satisfied that airplanes were used on 9/11 and I know many other skeptics of the official story are too.
