Thanks for the link. No mention of sales taxes, duties, county and city taxes, etc etc etc...

If taxes are lower than they were, good. But that's not transfer of wealth to the wealthy.

It's their money, not taking it doesn't make it a gift to them.

If a mugger takes your wallet to pay the rent for him and his poor mates, then decides to leave you with $20 so you can get home, he isn't transferring money from his mates to you.
