Stalin was evil but his expansion was more to produce buffer states than world domination. For Stalin world domination would be that of communism coming thru revolutions that the soviets would aid and abet.
Hitler was different. I found the story of the drug taking if true to be very instructive. With Hitler it was all about the master race destroying the inferior ones and somehow controlling others with good racial stock.
Anyone who thinks we didnt have a dog in that fight is dead wrong. mike
