Quit defending obvious gas gougers, you accomplice. The Enron phony energy crisis proved what we have suspected for a long time, that when the energy business has political protection from above, they can and will manipulate prices upward, until such a point as congress starts talking about busting them. That is exactly what's been happening since the day after Dick Cheney was first nominated. BTW: Why no convictions in the Enron case four years later? Another cover-up. Blame it on Fastow and the top guys walk.
