Now that you've driven Poet from the site, are you going to take up her habits and claim you are being "stalked" when tools exist to solve the problem? Just to clarify a few things: Eleutheria did NOT "drive me off" this site. Success and general happiness have kept me from posting publicly, though I do PM with friends from time to time. A number of years ago, a poster by the name of Christopher Hodgkins made a number of public statements about me and my family, both on this site and another, that I felt violated my privacy. When he received sanctions from the administration, he threatened legal action against them. His accusations about my loyalty to my country and his insinuations about a (nonexistent) relationship with me led not only my husband, but a great many SI members-- including you-- to ask him to apologize, or at least stop. I write this not get involved in a discussion with you, but to set the record straight. May you find peace.

That's the problem with people changing their monikers all the time. I had no idea that eleu-etc. was really X the Unknown under her third (at least) alias. You can't stalk somebody if you don't know who they are! Not having seen that alias before, I was under the impression that maybe the owner of that site was somebody who actually had an interest in honest discussion. But obviously, if I had known it was just old "I am mean. I revel in meanness. If I couldn't be mean I wouldn't be here so often" X. I would have known better. BTW, that is a direct quote from her.
