"We all know that directed greed is the highest evolution of humanity".

Are you just parroting the Gordon Gekko speech from WALL STREET?

Here's the key part:

The point is, ladies and gentleman, that greed -- for lack of a better word -- is good.

Greed is right.

Greed works.

Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit.

Greed, in all of its forms -- greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge -- has marked the upward surge of mankind.

And greed -- you mark my words -- will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA.

Thank you very much.

IF what you say is true, we should be enjoying the
"highest evolution of humanity" in your words, RIGHT NOW,
because there NEVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE USA BEEN AN ADMINISTRATION SO OVERWHELMINGLY DEVOTED TO GREED. Not even close.

So I suppose you would say that's right, we're there right now--at the pinnacle of our evolution... ?

And I would say we are descended to a level below that of the basest animals.

So I guess there are different points of view about greed.

Namaste!

Jim
