Are you someone that believes in the 911 Commision's findings? Did they get it all right? Unlikely. They hardly ever do the first time around. NASA would still be seeing the Challenger explosion as just that 1 in a billion accident if it hadn't been for Richard Feynman. Unfortunately, they had no Feynman on that commission (they wouldn't have had him on the Challenger commission either if they knew what they were getting). Did Bush, the CIA, or the US military bring down the WTC towers? Do you believe in fairy tales? There's an interesting oversight in those requirements to be President- -there are no such requirements on the veep. What happens if the Prexy dies and the veep doesn't meet those requirements? (Say, Schwarznegger ran and was elected veep?) As to other (legal, as in laws passed by Congress) requirements to be Prexy, they would have little chance of standing. If someone won who violated a legislative requirement but met the Constitutional requirements, they just go to the Supreme Court and get the law thrown out.
