a building fell that was not hit by aircraft Would you care to verify that? Absolutely noone is claiming that WTC-7 was hit by a plane on 9/11/01, so what is there to verify. Fact WTC-7 was not hit by a plane. only had two minor fires Those were MINOR fires????? Yes, in fact, all the pictures I've seen indicate that they were in fact minor fires. Besides, NO FIRE had ever or has since taken down a steel framed building. Now, who is the one who's opinions are not based in fact? You. the steel from the WTC was quickly sent out of the country for recycling at foreign mills (despite the obvious need for structural analysis) Has it ever occurred to you that they wanted to clear the site to be rid of the reminder of what had happened? And they WERE planning on putting something else there, although that took much longer than they initially believed it would. Well that is a cop out. Even if the steel had to be removed to facilitate rebuilding, one who reasonably assume that one of the greatest structural failures of all time would require a thorough examination. Look at the great lengths the government goes through to dredge up airplanes that went down and reconstruct them to determine what went wrong. And they don't want to do the same for the one of the most unusual building failures ever?!? Sorry, if you think that is stand operating procedure then you are easily fooled, because it just does not make sense that they would not want to conduct a through investigation of the building materials. The fact is the WTC steel was shipped out of country and melted overseas soon after 9/11/01. Nice way to cover things up. BTW, you are supposedly the "conservative". It seems as if you should be suspicious of our totally untrustworthy government.
