You gotta be kidding if you think that's justice. Anderson had its doors shut. The Enron victims suffered immediately. Four years later, the principals are still free, while a couple of flunkies got two year terms, same as a f'ing shop lifter. That's a cover-up.

The Enron trial is a sham. They are dragging their feet for many years in order not to put GW's best pals in prison. By the time they finally get convicted, GW will be there with a pardon. If he finishes his term which is increasing unlikely.

What Lay and Skilling know about Bush-Cheney and the phony energy crises they all created together could bring down the White House and put them all in prison for life. So we have the old DC Two-Step, feed some small fish to the judicial system and go easy on the guys at the top who planned everything.

BTW: You should be ashamed for sticking up for these awful white collar criminals. When a bank robber steals $10,000 he gets 20 years in prison. These creeps led the way in a 50 billion dollar ripoff of every man, woman and chilod in the US, and it was coordinated with the RNC, Bush Campaign and the PR man they shared, Mister Ed Gilespie, whom Bush later rewarded with a promotion to head the RNC, where he lied again and again and again to th4e American people.
