An open TA is a transfer agent that will give the A/S, O/S, and restricted shares...this is how I look at it.

It would be kinda like going in business with a partner that would not show you all of the accounts. If I went into business with someone, I would demand to see the checking account, the savings account, and the credit report(debt). A lot of companies want us to give them our money but keep us in the dark about the share structure, or just show us one aspect like the O/S...I just sick of it and I am not going to "dance with the dragon" anymore....all my future pink dollars are going to go to stocks listed on this board.

This board is just getting started and hopefully will make more sense soon.....
