When a liberal is losing a debate they're sure to digress, then once the opponent is distracted by their digression go back to the initial talking point. Do this repeatedly until the opponent is bored to death........... THEN DECLARE VICTORY!<g> In this case it appears rather than digressing, his tactic is to gloss over the points he is losing. The old "if you ignore it, is it real?" tactic.
