So, Barrett's diatribe comes on the heels of an announcement of a 3B manufacturing line in Israel. I didn't know Israel was a low-cost center of labor. That's news to me. In fact, they're putting manufacturing close to a development center. Barrett does seem to be fear-mongering a bit.
