But will it last or we on the cusp on some worlwide downturn first? No doubt long term you look at these way overpriced areas with a ton of problems like our state, CA and Boston-DC corridor and more and more will figure out the alternatives to cash out to and be set for life are not only very inexpensive but have a high quality of life that will only get better until they eventually get overrun in a generation like Florida<g>
