This is how I have it recorded. Check that I got the numbers right into my spreadsheet then from there to the HTML table. Plenty of room for an error.

What sort of a loss do you have for commissions?

A $12 commission to buy or sell $10,000 worth of SPY will cause a loss of 0.12% for each buy and sell.

I have NO IDEA what the rate is for futures, but there has to be some trading costs.
