Nothing new! Nothing new!

Stimulants have been in use since WWI!

I think that the intent of the report you gave is to suggest that Iraqi insurgents have no real courage and so they need a powerful stimulant to give themselves courage. Why make such a big fuss about the pinkies? If they are of such great help to the Iraqis, make them unavailable to them.

The Iraqi insurgents believe they are fighting for their country (just like the North Vietnamese way back in the sixties and early seventies.) This being the case, they don't have a crying need for artificial stimulants. They have their own, natural and Allah-given adrenaline. And they have their awe-inspiring mission --- to drive the invaders out of their country.

Any more talk about pinkies helping Iraqis in their fight cannot but suggest that the Iraqis have unfair advantage and that the US and UK forces are not up to snuff. Perhaps you ought to tell that reporter to shut up, eh?
