I just sold a property where the contract was flipped for a higher price that I thought was way over true market value. To top it all off the end user from what I was told was a young unmarried couple with very poor credit that bought with zero down and 80/20. First is at over 14%. More and more I'm convinced you got everybody in cahoots in this ponzi scam. You got the flippers, appraisers, realtors and mortgage brokers. Regulators perhaps told to look the other way for now?
