Good arguments No. We are talking about a right to privacy. When are you all going to understand that basic concept? That one's body happens to be the purview of the person who occupies that body, and not Taro or Harris or anyone else. How would you like it if someone demanded you have a vasectomy because you have 4 kids and that person decided that's enough and your wife can't get you stop having sex with her? Of course, you will laugh and say thank God someone has some good sense but in reality, you and Harris more than any others on this thread would be furious. The reason that abortion is legal; the reason that Roe vs Wade happened is because no one, not one fukking right wing idiot, has the right to tell someone else what they can do and not do with their bodies. I personally do not agree with abortion.....I much prefer contraceptives and the morning after pill....but I would never, ever tell a woman what to do when it came to abortion. And you know why, because I don't want a woman or anyone else telling me what I can and can not do with my own body. Roe vs Wade is an assertion of the right to privacy as defined under the Constitution. If its gets overturned, its because this country has become decidedly unconstitutional and not because its the right thing to do.
