Scionist, I really appreciate the information you have provided. I think Turek and PLNI will have a tough time getting by SOX because there are a lot of rules about loans between companies and executives and directors. For your information, part of the research I do on some of these companies is to go to the Federal Prison Inmate locator to see if anyone has been in the federal pen prior to starting or working for a company. James Turek has NOT. You would be surprised at who you find there. Again thanks for the info.
