I know, that is why a purported audit by PLNI and having a reputable auditor sign off to include meeting SOX may be a LONG ways off. I would like to believe that an audit can be accomplished fairly soon, but the information I have dug up along with your information suggests otherwise. Again, thanks for the information.

Also, FL Curbing and Lazer Engineering both were going concerns when Turek got hold of them. What happen to the assets of both of those companies?
