Is anyone having troubling switching tabs on the charts. It's not uncommon for the chart to fail to receive data, and after approximately 60 seconds, SSP disconnects from the server. I then need to restart the program.

Reported problem to Schwab's tech support and was elevated to the senior level of tech help. No on has been able to fix the problem.

I'm starting to think that the problem lies with Schwab's servers.
