Its a play on numbers and dishonest as Hell. The question is
Do you want Americans to leave, hell yes, and we want to leave.
However, the KEY is WHEN. Were they to say WHEN do you want the Americans to leave 90% would say WHEN THE JOBS COMPLETE. jdn

I think it is selective quoting. Iraqis say they want us to stay until the country is stable, but predicate that with a "but we want you to leave".
